company! Be actively involved in ISES Seattle.
ISES Seattle Chapter has opportunities for you to become
involved and expand your knowledge and talents within
the event industry. Your involvement can also count toward
your certification efforts within the special event industry.
You can become involved in the following committees
within the ISES Seattle Chapter:
Committee Opportunities:
• Programs: Members of this committee will help the VP of Programs/Education organize the year into educational, networking and social meetings for the chapter.
•Membership: Members of this committee will help the VP of Membership organize membership drives, follow-up on guests’ inquiries and promote chapter membership through different initiatives.
•Community Service: Members of this committee will help the Community Service Chairs organize the event and recruit chapter membership to assist in the event.
•Emerald City Applause Awards (ECAA) : Members of this committee will help the ECAA chair organize the event through year-long promotional efforts to the chapter and allied organizations, communication with entrants, selecting a venue for the awards gala, organizing the judging process, and organizing the logistical aspects of the gala evening.
•Communications: Members of this committee will help the VP of Communications organize and design various promotional materials, update the chapter’s website, work with the membership committee to develop communication tools for potential members and keep the chapter’s database up-to-date. |
