Lisa Dupar Catering is an award winning company that executes nearly 1,500 events annually. Our team takes pride in our high standards for providing clients with unparalleled food and service. Our planners have the opportunity to work with amazing clients, venues, and vendors throughout the greater Seattle area. Lisa Dupar Catering is a full-service event planning company which means our Event Planners are able to assist clients with all of their event needs beyond food and service. The Event Planner candidate must have experience in the catering or event planning field. The ideal candidate will have great culinary interest, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and proven customer service. Planner will be expected to go through and comprehensive training program to gain first hand, ground level knowledge of our operations, kitchen and service teams. Responsibilities and Duties: • Work with clients to plan events of all varieties and sizes. • Manage event logistics, budgets, floor plans and acts as on-site manager for a variety of events. • Conduct site visits, client meetings and private tastings. • Coordinates with outside vendors including venues, florists, musicians, and rental companies. • Work with kitchen, operations, staffing & rental departments to fulfill event vision. Qualifications: • 5 years minimum work experience in related field: catering, food & beverage, hospitality and/or event industry • Bachelor’s degree • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Visio a plus
Wage: $Salary per Hour
